Oooops I did it again.....lol.....actually I did it for the first time...I made a cheesecake from scratch! I finally opened and USED my Pampered Chef spring form pan that my mom bought for me a few years ago...(sorry it took so long mom). You could serve my yummy cheesecake in any eating establishment...from down home to down town! Yep....I'm bragging 'cause I'm just do darn excited and proud of myself! See, I believe that anyone can follow a recipe but that doesn't guarantee a successful outcome...lol....trust me I have done that myself. Just thought I would share another baking story with the blogging world......

OK. I am so......jealous cheescake, and in the pan I gave you ( which I vaguely remember giving you.) I think I bought one for me to, and it is in IOWA! Anyway, when we come down next weekend, what will the surprise pie be? I'm sure it will be great!!! Supercook again excuse me piemaker. Love Nana C
I am trying to stay away from that stuff right now so you can make some for me and eat it for me also.
