Working Out Sucks!!!
Okay...so here's the deal...I am not one of those people that has a problem with food. I'm not an over-eater. I have never wolfed down an entire bag of chips or cookies or a half gallon of icecream....no two double cheeseburgers or stuff like that. If anything, I am guilty of not eating enough during the day, such as no breakfast or just not eating all day until dinner....I figure if I'm not hungry then why eat right? Wrong! So how does someone like me, that's not addicted to food, stay overweight for 12yrs???? I am the ULTIMATE couch potato! Especially when I am not working...like right now. I love TV...I love to read...I like to take a nap in the afternoon (i am up at 530 every morning with the kids)....I do my housework in "increments"...lol...but that is all changing....and change is so HARD!!!! My major motivation, besides being healthy and skinny, is my best friend in Texas. Since January she has lost 21lbs and now weighs less than I do. She is all psycho about exercising...she goes to her gym at work 3days a week...she walks all of the time and does Pilates DVD's at home when she has the time....so last week I decided that I had had enough of feeling and looking like crap! I bought a dance dvd (not easy to do on carpet so i don't really like it), a Yoga dvd that I haven't done yet, and a Pilates dvd that has my mooshy muscles in an uproar this morning. I also ordered an indoor exercise trampoline. These seem to be very popular for home exercising and it's different than just a treadmill or bike. It will come with a DVD of two different workout routines...I hope I like this...it sounds like fun. I know that the key to my weight loss is exercise, exercise, and exercise....but that doesn't mean I have to LIKE it...lol....I will keep you all updated as the pounds start to come off....and they better come off!!!!

I totally agree with you. I hate to exercise. I just keephaving babies so I always have little ones to chase which keeps the weight off. Boy what will I do when they are all grown. I guess I will have to chase the grandkids then.
Just pretend that the little Jensen girls are working out with you.
The muscles will become stronger, how great to have those videos, I used to use them also. I love to walk, but not in this neighborhood, no sidewalks, too many dogs, cars driving fast etc. So it is off to the park!!! Nana C
Hey go read my blog I am the one now sitting on the couch and I am loving it. So just keep on working all be there with you in about 6 months.
